Demolition Circular Saw Blades

  • Up to 10x longer lasting than regular blades
  • Ultra tough NiCo (nickel cobalt) cutting teeth make the cleanest cuts
  • Anti-friction coating and stabilization vents reduce heat and vibration for reliable cuts

Features

Rip and crosscut with ease with Spyder Tarantula™ Demolition circular saw blades. NiCo teeth provide clean cuts and exceptionally long life in demo applications — cut wood with hidden nails, screws and flashing with this durable blade. Tracking straight with reduced friction, heat and noise, Tarantula circular saw blades are the professionals’ choice for framing and construction. Demo blade is for use in new wood materials and in demolition applications where nails, screws, staples, flashing, etc., may be hidden in the material to be cut. Up to 10x the life of standard carbide blades.

Warning

Operating the tool without wearing proper eye protection may result in serious injury.

To reduce the risk of explosion, electric shock, and property damage, always check the work area for hidden gas pipes, electrical wires, and water pipes when making blind cuts.

Before each use, check that the blade is clean, sharp and free from cracks, loose teeth, missing teeth, broken teeth, and any other damage. Do not use a dirty, dull, or damaged blade as this may result in blade pinching, binding or stalling, kickback and loss of control. These situations can cause the saw to jump back at the operator and result in a serious injury. Carbide is a hard, but brittle material. Foreign objects in the workpiece such as wire or nails can cause the carbide tips to crack or break. Overheating a saw blade can cause it to warp and result in kickback. Buildup of sap on the blades, insufficient blade set, dullness, and unguided cuts, can all cause an overheated blade and kickback.

Always use blades of the correct size with the correct arbor hole shape and size for your power tool. Blades that do not match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run eccentrically, causing loss of control, increasing the risk of personal injury.

Make sure the speed marked on the blade is at least as high as the no-load RPM marked on the power tool. To assure proper rotation direction of the saw blade, the arrow direction on the blade must correspond with the arrow direction on the saw. Mount blade properly with the correct blade washers and bolt for the power tool.

To reduce the risk of injury, never operate the power tool without proper safety guards in place.
