Following good safety practices when using all power tools is a must. Make a habit of including safety in all your activities.
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions.
Failure to heed the warnings and follow the below instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
SAVE ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
To reduce the risk of injury, read the instruction manual and follow the safety regulations of the power tool you will be using with your Spyder accessory.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
Most accidents that result from power tool operation are caused by the failure to observe basic safety rules or precautions. An accident can often be avoided by recognizing a potentially hazardous situation before it occurs, and by observing appropriate safety procedures.
Never touch a power tool accessory while it is in motion. Always unplug the tool, remove the battery pack, or lock off the trigger before installing, adjusting, changing, and touching any accessory. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool and power tool accessory for your application. The correct power tool with the correct power tool accessory will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it was designed.
Never operate power equipment of any kind if you are tired or if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, or any substance that could affect your ability or judgment. Stay alert! If you get tired while operating a power tool, take a break. Tiredness may result in loss of control.
The warnings, precautions, and instructions provided in this document cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into a product;
they must be supplied by the operator.
